How it works
Three steps, no runaround.
1. Type your address
We find your home on satellite imagery and measure the actual roof surface, pitch included. You can compare it against your own estimate.
2. See a real price
Your ballpark comes straight from the rate card below, adjusted for material, height, layers and add-ons. No "we'll tell you when we get there."
3. We confirm and replace it
A crew lead inspects the roof and locks the final price. Then we tear off, repair, install, and magnet-sweep the yard.
Straightforward pricing
Most roofers won't put a number in writing until they're in your driveway. Ours are public. Prices are per roofing square (100 sq ft of roof surface), installed.
Every tier includes full tear-off of one layer, synthetic underlayment, ice & water at eaves and valleys, new drip edge, ridge cap, permit, dumpster and haul-away, and a final magnet sweep.
Honest add-ons: extra tear-off layer +$55/sq · steep pitch (8/12+) +15%, (10/12+) +25% · two-story +8%, three-story +18% · chimney or skylight re-flash from $325 · rotted decking $95/sheet (we show you before we replace it).
No fuel surcharge, no dumpster fee, no "storm rush" fee. Prices are ballpark estimates; the on-site inspection sets the final number.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a roof replacement cost in Charlotte?
Most Charlotte homes land between $9,000 and $22,000 depending on size, pitch and material. Use the calculator above for your address, or see the rate card for per-square prices.
How do you measure my roof from satellite images?
We use Google's aerial imagery and building data to get the roof's surface area and pitch, not just the footprint. Your on-site inspection confirms it, and if the measurement is off we adjust the price in your favor or tell you why before work starts.
Is the price guaranteed?
The calculator gives a ballpark. After a free on-site inspection you get a written, locked price. It changes only if we find hidden damage, and we show you photos and get your approval first.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes take one to two days. Larger or steeper roofs can take three. Weather delays are the only common reason it runs longer.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes. We document hail and wind damage, meet your adjuster on the roof, and supply itemized estimates. You are never required to use us because of a claim.
Do I need to be home?
You or a contact should be available at the start to walk the job and confirm the plan. After that you don't need to supervise.
Do you require a deposit?
A small materials deposit at scheduling, with the balance due on completion and final walkthrough. Never full payment up front.
Do you pull the permit?
Yes. Permit fees and inspections are included in every quote.
